Lord Krishna's father's name is not Vaasudeva. It is Vasudeva. Since Krishna was his son, he got the name Vaasudeva

Good points made in this video. I do not actually have a facebook account but I know the silly things for which it is used consistently. The initial part of the video where the Girl says she does not have a facebook profile(even though she has in reality) is funny and reflects the actual reaction...

Yes. You are right. Eternal Soul caught in a web of birth and death cycle is the concept in Sanathana dharma and Jainism, not in Buddhism. Buddhism believes that everything is ultimately void.

Crap is often justified as being "profound" and full of "feeling" and artistic expression and so on. No matter how many fancy jargons we use.......it is plain lack of talent that is exhibited here.

I like your views very much. I can relate to it. Wasting a whole new white canvas by throwing a bunch of paints and calling it art , that too one that supposedly has a "feel" to it is silly. Far from anything that can be called as authentic rendering of mantra pushpam. Looks like a melodious album song, not like the veda.

Neo-advaitam or neo-vedanta tends to describe the universe in such muddy fashion. If you accept the Gita as authoritative, then you need to accept bhagavatham too, for Krishna says that he himself is the word of the bhagavatham. In Bhagavatham, 28 important hells are described..not as metaphorica...

The golu shown in this video is marvelous and shows colossal dedication and efforts on the part of the organiser. All the themes ( Sundara khandam, Global warming, tamil chemmozhi maanaadu) are depicted well. I am happy that such dedicated people keep up the tradition.
