This isn't too bad... technically, I mean; I'm evaluating the HD100; it handled the swish pans and snap zooms pretty decently. I see what they mean about it not handling certain lighting conditions as well as you'd like; was this should with one of the standard scene files, or did you tweak it?

Is this Signed English, rather than ASL? It seems like it'd be really hard to fit a lot of the cliche's and idioms into ASL while still singing along with the song.

What grade'd you get, BTW? :-)

Being a USAdian, I kinda prefer the music track to the American-language version, which is slightly different. Boobs're nice though.

Somewhere in my collection, and probably lost and gone forever, I have a 3/4 tape of a Gorilla Ball presentation, set to Peter Gabriel's Shock the Monkey, and including some uncensored Braves manager cussing footage and Ted's reaction to it. You don't have that one laying around, do you? :-)

The music is actually the closing title for the entire series, titled "Archer's Theme", according to the soundtrack. It was merely ripped off by the local stations for promos... though you did occasionally hear it on weekend reruns. I've always wondered if there's a full-length version of it.

for me, the charm of the original is precisely that it contrasts the language of the title line with the wholesome look of the rest of the video... and the fact that he nails all the vocal timing to the *wall*.

The contrast was bound to die here, cause of the nature of the paro...

@bhcge It was very much Russ Albums; he's still in the VO business. Like U92's Jeff Laurence, he does mostly spots and station imagers these days.
