Some of it has awards given to members of Pima County's "staff", shaking hands, even Giffords is in one of them, but in some photos, to include Girffords, Masonic handshakes are obvious. On page 3 of that document, no mistaking, it's almost shoved in one's face on a handshake between some Nazi looking degenerate named CHIEF WARRAN ALTER AND CORRECTIONS SPECIALIST BELINDA CUTBIRTH. (Notice the thumb placement of her grip but also his index placement to her wrist from him.)
