Well, I can easily pick out Kim Jong Un without wearing a uniform since he is about 70 lbs heavier then the ave North Korean. And Im not trying to offend anyone here, but, gee, I wonder why thousands defect annually? Maybe to get 1 hr of the daily caloric intake in one week of Kim Jong Un?
