I was fortunate to be at the Terry Callier concert at the 'jazz Cafe' London, which was recorded and became the Welcome home album. Fantastic collection you have. Its refreshing to see real artists are supported by an aficianado like yourself.

Great memories of seeing Womack live at Manchester Academy UK; 1991. he did about a 2.5 hour set without missing a note. An absolute legend, and this might just be one of the finest soul tunes i ever heard. Timeless baby, timeless..

Finally managed to buy the cd.and well worth the long wait. Outstanding soulful vibes throughout. Why hasnt this been pushed in the UK? Better than most artists from the Sates over the past few years.

Freddie Jackson brand new album 'For You' is released Nov 16th 2010.

Good to hear him back and in form. Though he doesnt touch the heights of this song and other past highs, this is still a solid release.

I recall first hearing this on the Robbie Vincent radio show circa 1986/87. It finally came out on Expansion's own label. classic tune from a great era. Never heard any other tune from this artist. 5 minutes just left you wanting more!!
