Here are some directions on how to make a complaint on YOUTUBE, just in case:
1. On YOUTUBE homepage go to the very bottom on right corner and click "contact".
2. From there, click on " Abuse and Policy Center" in the middle.
3. Then go to "Abusive Users" and click on "Harassment and Bullying"
4. Scroll down until you see "Abuse and Safety Tool" click on the link.
5.From there just follow the steps.
