@EddieHitler7 Where Ted Heath failed, Margaret Thatcher succeeded. Miners had it too much their way, and Margaret wanted that stopped. In the end the Miners cased there own unemployment. The Strike cost the Economy 1.5 Billion. It was their fault not hers.

this was a fantastic film. Not historically accurate by any means but still worth a take on the French Revolution and what happened. Hillary Swank I thought was brilliant. I'm an avid fan of the French Revolution stuff. Simon Schama's book 'Citizens' is worth a read, a bit heavy!!
