Chest and Back Supersets - Incline Press and T - Bar Rows

Advanced training tutorial showing how to perform chest and back supersets. Alternate incline bench presses for pecs with T-bar rows for lats. Perform one superset without rest. Rest between 30 seconds and one minute in between sets depending on your level of conditioning. Start off with three total supersets and work your way up to five. This is one of three to four superset exercises to complete an advanced chest and back workout.
