Twin brothers, Rodolph and Bertrand Chapeau, formed Underline in 2006. After having been in miscellaneous bands as author and composer, Bertrand decides to work his songs with his brother and gives birth to Underline.

Underline's universe flirts with influences such as trip-hop, electro pop, rock and movie soundtracks in an effort to place themselves at the same level.
The lyrics of Underline's songs provide a different glimpse on things attained from good or bad things... Sometimes melancholic with a dark sense of humor.questions its customs or assumes them...

Groupe formé en 2006, par 2 frères jumeaux, Rodolf et Bertrand Chapeau.
Après "avoir fait ses dents" dans divers formations en tant qu'auteur, compositeur, Bertrand décide de travailler ses chansons avec son frère et donne naissance à underline.

Fans de trip-hop, d'électro pop, de rock et de musique de films, l'univers d'underline flirt avec chacune de ces influences souhaitant les placer aux mêmes niveaux.
Les paroles des chansons d'underline sont un regard différent, parfois mélancolique, souvent humoristique sur les choses qui semblent acquises comme des choses bonnes ou mauvaises...
