My story is one of murder, extortion, police officers, prostitutes, escorts, Gatewood Galbraith, freedom, setups, corruption, organized crime and the life I've tried to live in the middle of this mess. Well, this all happened over a 15 year period coming to a climax in 1999-2001. I was charged dozens of times with dozens of crimes mostly involving promoting prostitution or drugs. There is so much to it that I am working on a documentary, about 1 hour 15 mins to give an overall view of what happened. Until then, I am just airing the evidence I was never allowed to. You see, each of the times I was charged I beat them by using counter-surveillance, recording my phones, etc. The judge in each case would refuse to view my evidence or hear about it until after months and months of pre-trial hearings, etc. Then, each time, on the day of court when we get to air what we are planning to prove the cops and county attorney would drop the case before my evidence could be presented in a courtroom. Some instances when I would come back at them they would claim 'sovereign immunity'. Any case wouldn't they couldn't get by with that all attorneys in the area would say I could win the case and huge sums of money but they wouldn't take the case. They like the phrase, 'I don't shit where I eat.' In other words attorneys are willing to defend you guilty or not but nobody will take on the city and take a chance that the judges and others won't be so friendly in the future. This all started because my singing telegram company was having trouble with escort agencies dirtying the field and harassing my employees. Lexington had a huge boom in these agencies in the 80's and 90's, I mean they were everywhere. Customers had started demanding illegal activities at strip o grams and bachelor parties explaining to me that the escort agencies were out doing it. I called the county attorney, Margaret Kannensohn, she was unfriendly to say the least but told me to call vice. I called vice, they threatened me, told me to stay out of it and to not tell them how to do their job. Next thing I know, vice corners me after a strip o gram at a bar and tells me to pay 'protection' money that all of the escorts pay. I refuse, harassment starts. I investigate more and more, harassment gets worse. Finally, an escort agency owner decides to fill me in on the details including connections to city hall. She gets threatened, tells me, she gets murdered and all hell breaks loose for me until after hundreds of thousands of dollars I decide to go on the road and lay low. I have several attempts on my life. Since I was never able to air the evidence in a courtroom, to their delight, I decided to utilize modern technology to put it out there and maybe enough of this gets out there and they'll offer a settlement to pull it down. Plus, I want justice for Deborah Wardlaw, the lady they murdered to keep this quiet.
