Hey zippo, I have an old simplicity 7010 w/11hp briggs. Newer carb, engine was rebuilt about 30-50 hours ago. It spits and sputters under a load, I watched your videos on the govenor and carb adjustment. Copied it to a tee, and still having similar issue. It has to be something small I am missing...
