I definitely think that you should have waited a turn to hold up mana to protect the Mirror-Mad Phantasm, because you had no other plays and your opponent had very little pressure.

Also, the Pitchfork isn't even that good in your deck at all, it just gives your first strike which isn't that relevant, so I would just take that out and put in the Cathar. I definitely agree with bugsy, I would play white/red splashing green, taking out the Ancient Grudge, Urgent Exorcism, and a Tormented Pariah to bring you back to 23 playables. I think the black/white deck is probably better over all. The average creature quality is just a lot higher (sweet white fliers over durdley red aggro cards), and you can splash for some of the red removal fairly easily. Also, the mana problems aren't so bad, because you don't want to play Lilian...

This is a game where your deck really wanted to be aggressive but it just wasn't. If you were playing black/red, you'd have a much better late game, and you be able to handle bigger creatures more easily.

@unbrokencircle even though your chrome steed would have been bounced on his turn 5, you could have just equipped the nim deathmantle onto something else, or replayed the chrome steed, but the point is that he would have been in a much more defensive position.
