i own a 2009 streetmate racing, the new setup is. Airsal A55 70cc kit, 21mm metrakit intake cut & rewelded for the height and angle & I had to tap new holes for it to mount to the cylinder. 21mm dellorto phbg, 20 tooth rear sprocket which the hub had to be grinded down to fit the chain, advanced stock ignition, mild port work which is smoothened ports and sharpened port divider. also running a biturbo with silencer packed for better back pressure. With my calculations it should pull 52mph if i had a smaller jet but currently runs 51mph.
my old setups:
bone stock. 29mph
bone stock with just a biturbo. 35 mph
biturbo, airsal 70cc kit, gutted airbox, stock gearing, 17.5mm phva. 42mph but a big increase in power.
back to stock cylinder, gutted airbox, stock gearing, high compression head from 70cc. 41mph
stock 50cc cylinder, mild port and polish, no airfilter, 24 rear sprocket, rejetted. 45mph.
