I raced the same year TL and it was even from 0-110 in my 1999 saab 9-5 with a aero td04 15T turbo and a tuned ecu. The guy I bought the ecu claimed it was good for 270 HP and it monitored the octain level so I could run any gas I want including e85 and regular 87 but I only ran premium.
