The UK Shaolin Temple is a Chinese martial arts organisation. A training centre for Shaolin Kung Fu and Ch'an Buddhism. Teaching the oldest martial arts in the world.

The UK Shaolin Temple has been established since 2002 and we have a very good reputation and are well known through our involvement with the Shaolin 'Wheel of life' performance troupe. The UK Shaolin Temple offers Kung Fu ( Gong fu ), San Shou/San Da, Chi Kung ( Qi Gong ). Students of all backgrounds, religions, ages, and athletic ability can train at the UK Shaolin Temple. People come to the UK Shaolin Temple from all around the world to learn and grow from traditional Kung Fu (gong fu) training. Students follow Shi fu's guidance and discipline whilst training in Gong fu. Many students train very hard and are very disciplined. While some students seek to build better health and create a feeling of well-being, others may train for self-defense (San Shou) or flexibility. However there is a singular concept, Gong fu training and Chan Philosophy are one and the same.

UK SHAOLIN TEMPLE WILL TRAIN YOUR WHOLE BEING, NOT JUST YOUR BODY. ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS CAN BE ACOMODATED. WE WILL TAKE YOU FROM WHERE YOU ARE, NO MATTER HOW UNFIT YOU ARE, AND WE WILL MAKE YOU FITTER.
