I have a deep passion for thrifting and finding excellent quality items be it Chanel, Hermes, Lanvin, Balenciaga, Dior, Alexander McQueen - classic, tailored, exquisite fabrics ... I find great joy and satisfaction in finding eg: a great cashmere full length overcoat for 10.00 and having it altered for 25.00 and having a beautifully crafted piece of clothing to last me for years to come! or finding that one great piece that I can mix and match - all because I walked into a store at the right time :)
Personal joys ~ books, music, art galleries, museums, theatre, photography, embroidery, Celtic and Asian calligraphy, my loyal companion Baxter, animals, roses, orchids, lillies, home design, home organization ... so many interests that I fear I shall never have enough time to enjoy them! :)
