I apologize for taking so long to respond to your comment personally but its hard to find comments on my cell phone. Its ridiculous! You responded to my comment to 1sexytina about weight watchers and my losing 123 lbs (1 more pound down last week) in a year. I want to wish you super success with weight watchers. Some tips I would have are to be patient and to listen to your body. Also, speak positivtity to your journey. Never be negative about your efforts and know that no matter how long it takes you to get where you want to be you WILL get there! Good Luck and many prayers during your journey!
