@beakeman98 how about a pair of small full range horns, no crossover, with a TL sub using a high sensitivity driver? This way you get bonus of small enclosures, high volumes, no crossover on the FR driver.

The reason for the crash was engine fire (they were bigger than was meant for the design and v close to the pilot) and without the engine delay this plane would have entered service for sure.

@TheDman601 The 229 flew during WW2 but didnt see service. A big reason for this was that the designated jet engines were not ready so they had to redesign the plane for a larger engine.
