We had come up from the beach Richie and had gone to a bar:it was so hot we took the pitcher outside and sat on the pavement chatting and listening to these buskers:one was more reserved than the others and took the guitar after a while and started singing.Richie:it was one of the most incredible and soul-searching singing I'd ever heard and the song was beautiful:I asked what it was called and my introduction proper to U2 began:I love the song and it will always be my fave of theirs:I'll never forget that hot evening and his voice carrying.What a song and how moving.Bono dedicates it to the people who for that one moment thought they could peace in China.Nice memory to have huh.Peace Richie:I hope you have a great week.

Hello Richie.How's it going?I don't know what you think about the new format but it's been a talking point for a while now;just that with no collective action against it en force;though as we both know,look what happened to the unbeatable original format:it took a long time for people to get to grips with it and I guess that's what will happen again,but it's a shame really when you think how great it used to be.When the powers that be decide on something not one person is going to change their mind:I think that's why I love J.Lennon's Power to the People so much and P.Tosh's"Get Up,Stand Up" so much:the words and the message is hard-hitting and tells it straight.
