I really like your tutorials and I'm a beginner to ground moves, I've been watching your tutorials for sometime now, but how do I start? do I just start practicing your tutorials? or is there anymore basic skills to learn before trying out the skills you demonstrate on the tutorials?

oh man...I've just realize that putting spin in my alternate-juggling feet has been my bad habit all through the years until now. I'm pretty frustrated..but I really wanted to learn to do this to decrease the spinning. Thanks for the upload.
