Tyler Rich is an amazing singer/songwriter who began as a pre-teen upon receiving a guitar as a Christmas gift from his beloved grandmother.

Raised in a small Northern California farming community, Tyler always loved listening to music and shortly after mastering the guitar he taught himself to play piano as well.
At age 14, seeing his first concert at Memorial Auditorium in Sacramento, CA starring Papa Roach and Linkin Park, Tyler made the decision that music was his destiny.

After spending some time perfecting his craft and touring with local bands, Tyler decided to participate as a solo act in the "Jingle Ball Star Search" organized by Sacramento's TOP40 radio station KDND 107.9 The End. Tyler quickly rose to the top ten finalists being selected by a panel of experts that included both station management and A&R executives from Island Records and Columbia Records. Following soon after, decided strictly by votes cast from KDND listeners, Tyler was selected as the winner.
The fans had spoken and Tyler Rich had been thrust into his solo career.

A prime example of perseverance and hard work, Tyler Rich was awarded the opportunity to perform on the very same stage where nearly ten years earlier he watched his very first concert. This time he shared the stage with Justin Bieber, Kris Allen, Jason Derulo, and others for 107.9 The End's Jingle Ball 2009.

Since that day Tyler has performed along side artists such as Taking Back Sunday, Say Anything, Boys Like Girls, Cobra Starship, Jason Reeves, Eric Hutchinson and many others. He is currently in the studio recording his debut LP and has recently completed a 3D fan video featuring his single "Crushed on You".
