1. Pick up 10 scrolls of the same type.
2. Press and Hold "A" on these scrolls.
3. Find a Item, Ebony Helmet for example.
4. Press "X" without equiping the helmet.
5. OMFG I HAVEZ 10 EBONY HELMETZZ!!:D

It is the FIX for the not being able to use the console commands.

"i no what to do! i had the same problem on windows vista. listen carefully. press the windows icon at bottom left of screen. search device manager and click on it. then look for human interface devices and click the + sign next to it. then look for anything that has ehome in the name.if its not in the human interface thing then its in a few down from it in serial bus control.any way, right click ehome and press "uninstall". after its done, play oblivion and it will work. you also have to uninstall the ehome thing every time you turn your computer on because on mine it automatically reinstalls it for some reason.Hope it helps."
