====China Then and Now==== 110 yrs ago, there were 6 top social scientists hired by Chinese government working on reforms. One day, the ruler in Beijing said she ain't like them no more. One following morning, the 6 were beheaded in front of public. Since then, so many Chinese fought to death, to get rid of that government and establish a new one. The CCP is the only party that did it. It was 1949, after a bloody civil war. ==KMT actually were very cultivated folks, well versed in English, some even got a French education. Their troops had the support of US Navy. Unfortunately, however, it took more than that to win civil war. It could not just be bad luck, the reason was a lot deeper. At that time, 90% of Chinese population were coolies, including Tibetan serfs. They do not live in cities, nor speak English. KMT lived and stationed in cities mostly, does not know how to effectively relate to the coolie in the countryside. Although coolie did not have an English voice in the international community, they did win the civil war. ==CCP talks and walks one thing: Serve the people. They are under one command, act coordinated very effectively. They did a lot of amazingly good deeds. But a government may malfunction, only one commanding voice is more dangerous than two. Even teenagers in China know that. And all Chinese ask this question on daily basis, especially those who are recruited by CCP and put in a leadership role i.e. How to take the Chinese governmental system to the next level? Many offer their opinions. Those opinions are actually all noted by Chinese people. The question is: are they good enough?
