Friction is a great loss in almost all machines made today. Reducing it always helps.

put a hall effect sensor and solenoid on the end that touches. it will make it friction-less

Nice craft. How long can you get it to spin without added force? this design is stable, but you still lose some energy to friction on the bolt. If you can eliminate the bolt on the z axis you will have a free standing friction-less flywheel. Try it with a hall effect sensor and solenoid. Use 2, ...
