Great song from these exceedingly gifted singers!! Gomenasai (highest form of apology in Japanese, I believe) is a track for which I've received so many requests... Now, as you know by now I barely have time to post my vids for the most part (not now that I'm on vacation and if the day doesn't offer any other plan the piano's my next option) and so I have even less time for requests. But when you guys do request, you sometimes remind me of certain songs that I love and had forgotten... and thus I put them on my list of covers!! (not that I have an actual list, but it stays in my mind :D).

Anyways, we stayed at home all afternoon because I was tired of teaching all morning, holding my office hours and we've got plans for tomorrow night, so we figured we would rest at home today. Thanks to that, the cover for Gomenasai came to existence!! :D

Yay!! Finally, I can upload a new video!! I apologize for taking SO long, but I've been doing my Masters comprehensive exams and that took all April, plus after that I had to correct exams, evaluate all my students... the usual end of semester chaos for both students and teachers. Good news is, I'm officially graduated from my MA!! So now I'll be starting my PhD in August, yay!!

Anyways, I've been wanting to record this song for weeks now, just didn't have the time. I'm preparing a few more songs from this album and yes, a few more from Britney too (many people are asking for those, like quicksand, etc). I will be teaching in the summer session and I also have to give a conference in Brazil, so I can't promise a lot of vids during the summer, but I'll do my best before going to spain in august!!

So here we have it, Just Dance from Lady Gaga, a truly great singer that's bringing, in my opinion, a LOT of creativity to the pop/dance market. I absolutely love her album, and wish her the best in her career. Meanwhile, I hope you like my version of the best song of the album, Just Dance!!
