Dera dimwall.. euh, the pall stuff is not bad but the regulator is a weak point, can be replaced by a Hella one, install non-resistance plug caps to keep the ign. coils longer, if they give trouble, get better ones from a local car junkyard.
the expansion pipes give only better power in the higher RPM range, where a jawa destructs itself.
So, simple electronic mod's you can do yourself and the original pipes are better!

Thanks! Old twostrokes have the original feeling of RIDING motorcycle. Sound makes definately 80% of that feeling. Newer 4-cyl/4-stroke bikes don't have the same feeling. Cheers mate!

Hi I luv old two strokes also....infact My first bike was a 1975 yamaha RD 125c burgundy color, 5spd. Love those RD's...fast fun sound great. Keep smokin .....peace

No. It's a 349cc. 640 is the type of the bike. All Jawa models have type number like 250 type 559, 250 type 353 or 350 type 638 etc....

Is the Jawa an 638 cc ?

Hi! 350/640 is always a great choice! ;-) Best value for money and top reliability! I'm not 100% sure about 1995 model, but I think there is Vape system. I think that only way you can be sure is by taken the right hand engine cover off and take a look. But if there isn't Vape it's not a pricy or difficult to add it afterwards. I don't know about UK but in Finland Vape price is 230€ and it's an easy fit. About the expansion pipes I can say that those are 90% styling things. :-) Difference in performance is minimal. But anyway if you choose Jawa you won't be disappointed! Cheers
