A: I'm not totally consistent but for workouts I like swimming, stair climbing, stationary bike, P90X... for joyful movement (which is perhaps more my thing than working out), I love ballroom dancing or just wacky improv dancing, gardening, yoga, singing (don't laugh, it can be quite physical!) going places on foot, and do-it-yourself domestic projects.

A: Silly

A: Stupid

A: Watching or helping someone have a breakthrough, make a discovery, or just express themselves authentically

A: Arrogance. And indifference.
