The odd thing is they really tried to get this song right as something like 100+ takes were made. Personally I would have removed WDWDIITR which has never appealed to me & it could have rocked up on Anthology later like Not Guilty. Still at least we did get an official release.

@STARMANMOD I think they were talking about recording while high not writing. For instance the first two lines of I Am The Walrus were thought up on acid. Many lyrics,ideas and music would have been dreamed up on weed and acid but they never recorded high as it would have been crap.
