My dehydrator does not have those mesh screens, and it can be a real pain to get food off of the trays. would it affect the fruit if I sprayed the trays with Pam?

I made your daughter's meatloaf yesterday, man that stuff looks good. Plus, I mentioned it on a canning group, and now they all wanted to know how? So, I directed them to your videos, and they think you are the bomb diggity!

I do have one more Q tho....I readied 12 jars, and only used 9, the three lids that were left soaking in the very hot water, shall I throw those away? Or can they still be used? Thanks, Betty

I have a freezer full of the 'precooked' bacon, that I caught on sale, would that work?

I have watched many videos here on utube about canning, but yours are the most 'real' to me...I have learned more from watching your than any others...Thank you! Just curious tho, why not add the beans before canning?

Oh awesome, are you from Bexar county? Is there somewhere I can learn canning here? I keep buying supplies, and watching videos, but haven't got up the nerve to start yet...I've only recently begun prepping, and still have much to learn...
