For cardio all you need to do is take some of our exercises and just give yourself less time between sets. This will keep your heart rate up just like it would be if you were doing cardio.

Im looking for a solid conditioning/ cardio routine to finish up my workouts and basketball training.. Any ideas?

We will release some videos on that in the future. Most injuries like that you need to just rest and rehab until you are no 100%.

Try some of our workouts...they will increase your vertical jump. We also have another channel dedicated to VJ: verticaljumpking
