I'm Mexicano from grupo Mundo Capoeira (and grupo UNICAR earlier), I have also practiced ITF Taekwondo during 2000-2005. I try to watch every good capoeira video on here and learn from it, some of them really kick ass :O try browsing my favourites. I also enjoy making vids on my own.
