Thanks for youre comments regarding my videos,as for how far should a boxer beable to run?everybody is different every boxer i would expect atleast 10 miles but it depends on Amature Pro how many rounds theyre doing etc.For example Amature 4 x 2 or 4 x 3 atlest 5 miles a time on a Regular basis.I know of quite a few doing half Marathons etc.Road work in my opinion should be done at home and not from the boxing gym some would disagree.so say you train monday to friday gym monday roadwork tuesday gym wed roadwork thursday etc.

Don't get me wrong, Barry Sanders was pure excitement on the football field. If the Lions had been committed to getting him a halfway decent offensive line, Barry would have the all time rushing mark. He pretty much got most of his yds. with a offensive line that was mediocre at best. But I still would put Barry in the top three behind Jim Brown and Walter Payton. It's really hard to pick the greatest running back of all time because they all played in different eras, but each one was truly great in their day. And of course, the arguments will continue 10, 15, 20 yrs. from now. We can always watch NFL Films, ESPN, youtube and the other media networks and forever see these great backs and enjoy. BTW: i would love to do a little tango with Maria myself (LOL). The NFL regular season is only 12 days away. Are you ready?

JIM BROWN - GREATEST RUNNING BACK OF ALL TIME. PERIOD. I know that other folks will have their take on who the greatest running back was, but hands down, it's JIM BROWN. Hey, He played all of his games on REAL GRASS!!! That should be taken into consideration.
