Il progetto TURMA nasce a Napoli nell'ottobre 2007 dall'incontro tra Enzo Turitto (voce), Lello Di lorenzo (chitarra), Lino Arzillo (batteria). Alla formazione più avanti si aggiungeranno Alex De Cicco (chitarra) e Enzo Manfregola (basso). La Band, consapevole delle difficoltà che investono chi intende proporre musica alternativa a quella della scena italiana, sin dai primi giorni si mette a lavoro proponendo un sound che trae spunto dalle proprie radici thrash metal anni '80, rappresentate dalle due scuole d'oltreoceano (quella Bay Area e quella New yorkese), tentando di assumere connotazioni del tutto particolari influenzate anche del luogo in cui i membri della band vivono: Napoli. Ciò che ne viene fuori è un thrash metal energico e compatto, arrichito da interessanti aperture evolutive nel muro sonoro in cui sono scolpite le canzoni. Nel luglio del 2010, il batterista Lino Arzillo lascia la band e viene sostituito da Filippo Ranieri, con il quale i Turma stanno incidendo il loro primo ep. ===================ENG===================

Later Alex De Cicco (guitar) and Enzo Manfregola (bass) will join them. The Band, aware of the difficulties that assail who wants to offer alternative kind of music rather than that of the italian scene, since the early days, starts to work proposing a suond that draw on the own 80' thrash metal roots, represented by the two oversea's schools (Bay Area and New York), trying to put on particular connotations influenced also by their birthplace: Naples. What it's pulled out is a energic and compact thrash metal sound enriched by interesting evolutions in the wall of sound which the songs are carved in. In July 2010, drummer Lino Arzillo leaves the band, and Filippo Ranieri substitutes him. Actually they are working on their first EP.
