@peaceandquiet4u Hi! I personally do not have anything against extensions. But if a person wears the wrong kind (some are braided in, some glued) or wears them for extended time periods, it does damage your hair quite a bit. Then your natural beautiful hair isnt as lovely as it could be! :}

@dimransee Ya know what? You're largely right. Media outlets do harp on the beauty thing. Where us ladies go wrong is when we absorb all that fake stuff and then internalize it and beat ourselves up because we do not measure up to this false idea of beauty! I didn't realize how bad I was at doing...
