I wouldn't go as far saying the evo had hella more mods. Let's see he has a intercooler, injectors, fuel pump, full exhaust and a tune with a 2.0l. Cobra has I'm guessing here intake, full exhaust, pulley, tune with a 4.6l I think that's what cobras motors are.
