I am a hard working mother of 2, who started working out seriously 4 years ago, I started from 160lbs, tried all the diets in the world, many workouts, and got frustrated so many times.... I was in a yo-yo mood, I lost more thatn 30 lbs, but still struggling with the maintenance, until....I started listening to my body, when I learn that being healthy is more than count calories, more than workout everyday! Now after a year eating right, resting and working out the right way! I dont burn myself in those long workouts anymore!
