How do people confirm if any piece of information is credible or not?

There are a lot of reports where people mentioned this or that is not verified.

@BusterXXXL In battle situations, innocent people who are not doing any fighting can be hurt from either side. That's pretty much my main point. The other thing is that these fighters do need some training, which is happening at the moment I heard.

That sucks. Since there's no follow up on any Stargate series, and if the season ends in a cliffhanger, I'm not sure if I should even bother watching the last few episodes.

I grew up in the Ozarks region. This show was alright IMO. If I have to guess, the "culture" of this episode probably represents about half of the people throughout the area. There's more to do than what was shown, but hey, it makes an unique epi.
