OK, OK...I get it. I'm old!!!...I briefly taught ballroom dancing for Arthur Murray in Boston back when we still had music. OK...I get it. Yes, this is my era. Only saw/heard one cover band perform this song in the lobby of the "lady's" dorm where I initially attended college. Great post...thanks...don't pretend to be an expert regarding classical or "light classical" music, but love "Claire De Lune" and "Reverie" by Debussy. Never heard this version by TW and the Platters...briefly taught ballroom dancing for Arthur Murray Studio...great rumba or cha-cha...your choice...

Just great...only two of us recall this song, TW, and the Platters' arrangement...please excuse me...need to peruse the perimeter of the dance floor to see whether some of the lovely young ladies from my youth would consider dancing with me to this classic...Tunesmith

@maxamood there are only two possibilities...(1) they are being extremely respectful...I grew up in this era...that's what most of us were taught to be (2) they are deceased...if this is the case...they are "propped up" quite nicely, but someone please notify the coroner immediately!...David and ...

Listen...saw Steve and Edie twice with my girlfriend back in the 90's...love 'em both...both great...but Steve chose not to sing any of his 60's hits other than "Portrait Of My Love"...as a musician/singer myself I have no choice but to respect his choice to do so...that being said...beyond disap...
