all these guys fitting are educated and know body anatomy etc. Real bike fitters. I paid $250.00 for a bike fit with "professionals" at a nice bike shop. I mentioned the word Femur and the guy gave me a blank stare.

Um. Just to let you know you need to lower your seat due to leg over extension. You will quickly develope knee problems if you big is not fit properly, especially pushing one bigger gear all the time.

@zepp3lin I race. And live where it rains everyday... except July and August. When it snows I am subjected to trainers and rollers indoors. Skipping workouts is not an option.
