Hey there thanks for messaging me. i had to say what i said about Bush even though im not form the states but seeing as Bush was "the most powerful man in the world" i had to have an opinion about it, yeah there are alot of very very ignorant peopel on youtube that have nothing better to do then to get all rowled up and pissed off that they have to start responding to peopels comments with such foul disgusting language, ill admit i cruse once in a whiel in my comments but i dont call peopel names and what not its mostly struff liek...."oh wow that was a fucking awesome video" or something liek that but what even funnier is if the best they can come up with is to Bash me for a spelling mistake and not even comment about my comment on the video...lmao peopel are just tooo funny....anyways just thought ide say hi.

would this "layer" be democratic? How would we ensure that the different demographics are accurately represented by so comparitivly few? How would we prevent countries with more economic and military power from dominating decisions? Or ignoring decisions?

The idea that only the educated or intelligent can hold the same liberal viewpoints as you do is the same groupthink that Bush/Cheyney use. The same thing as "you're either with us, or with the terrorists". It's the exact same thing.
