Very family-oriented, old-fashioned home-body. I was confirmed Catholic in 1995. Strive daily to be a Christian. Loving, affectionate, U-sually happy-go-lucky, though I can be quite a contradiction in terms.. While I can be easily overwhelmed, I'm quite good under pressure/in a crisis--go figure that one out!;p ~ I'm honest, strong-willed, stubborn, and very resilient. Fun-loving, giggly, {often get laughing so hard I just can't stop!}, and have a great sense of humour! {or so I'm told};)
A 4th generation California girl who is somewhat a non-conformist, proudly politically incorrect, spelling most often in British-English, and not American-English, which I find much flatter, and colder somehow.~ My best features, my mother's blue eyes, and my father's hands.
Just a little ''hinderkept'', {my word for handicapped, (a label I cannot stand, ugh!)}, being born with spina bifida--a congenital spinal defect--but I am very lucky, and get along just fine.
A kidney transplant in '87 saved, and changed my life at the age of 27, exactly! YES! ON ME BIRTHDAY! STILL working like a charm!:)
