Thanks for uploading these videos, have subscribed and will be watching as I go on. I hope to help break down stereotypes, speak courageously about my experiences without *glamorising* mental illness, and point the way out of the darkness for other mental health service users. Campaigns and channels such as this help really make an impact to the stigma that still exists out there. Best wishes.

Its only taken 40 years (ie I'm 40) - but at last something is being done to raise awareness - in the 1950's they used to lock people away and give them electric shock treatment - that's torture, than goodness the world has moved on
