I don't think any of you even realize what this song is about. While I respect the point of the song. I think the issue is the PCC itself. It looks to me like the PCC is having issues and isn't charging the batteries. I would get ahold of Modern Vapor and see if they'll send you a USB charger so you can determine if it's the batteries, or the PCC.
