About this user
I'm just a guy who fell in love with martial arts and watches and reads everything that comes into his hands. I love watching boxing, kickboxing and MMA, martial arts films but also love the street fighting point. I'm interested into the philosophy that's behind martial arts and into the psychological and non-physical parts of self defense as well as nutrition and general body conditioning and fitness as I myself love working out.
My martial arts background: I did some Wing Chun (although it wasn't much). I was at 4 different Wing Chun schools to get some knowledge about how different teachers/masters/sifus look at their art.
After my Wing Chun days, I kept my body in shape and was trying to learn martial arts at home by watching tons of videos. I did a really small amount of boxing after that followed by some Muay Thai training. The latest thing I trained in was MMA.
Now, I want to get a new structure into my new training. I think about focusing on building muscle and maximal strength, but still incorporating bodyweight workouts and martial arts training.
New update to come in a few weeks.
