A great warm up for the small muscles and rotator cuff muscles in the shoulders is external rotation. It may seem like Why the hell am i doing this? but really has prevented me from getting hurt.
Hey Scott thanks for the video. I just recently strained my knee, im 16 and my knees always crunch when i get into a low squat or sometimes when i go up stairs, they sound like rice krispies almost. I'm not sure what causes this, What would you suggest to help it get better?
