Core Specific Training
The "Core Training" playlist is designed to help give the viewer an idea of safe and effective core exercises. It should be stated that if you are looking to "lose your gut", you should not be worrying about core exercises. These "core" exercises will certainly help strengthen the musculature of your core, but they will not reduce the size of it (You will be building muscle UNDER fat). Learn the exercises on my "fat loss exercises" playlist. The more muscle groups that you can involve per exercise, the more calories that you will burn. Calorie Expenditure is your main focus when trying to "lose your gut"!

Grip Specific Training
Here are some innovative ways to improve your grip strength. This should only be a focus in your training program if you are looking to build size and strength. Improving with these exercises will carry over into your compound exercises (the most notable being deadlifts). Perform 1-2 of these exercises at the very end of your training session 1-2 times per week. Do not perform any of these exercises if you plan on doing deadlifts the following day.
