About this user

Artist, writer, illustrator, designer of books and glassware. I was born in the late 60s as the son of a country dean, and raised in the beautiful Norwegian countryside. I think this peaceful childhood has influenced my art with a longing for harmony and a serene beauty. After finishing school, I educated as a Civil Engineer before starting my art education in my early thirties. In addition to my work as a contemporary artist, I write and illustrate childrens picture books, designs glassware and book covers, and work part time as an Art Director in an advertising agency.
