Learn all you can about our TRUE identity and history and no longer accept the false history fed to us for so long by Europeans. It is imperative that we learn OUR history, become more spiritual and reconnect with OUR OWN ORIGINS. This will enable us to truly heal, and rewrite our own true and accurate history. Freeing yourself from eurocentricity, the shackles of emotional enslavement and colonialism requires motivation and a strong, conscious effort. One of the saddest things to behold is Afrikan shame; the shame of ones Afrikaness, heritage, ancestry, and most of all the shame of our unique and amazing physical beauty and our blackness. It's truly tragic and we've all seen it.

Reversal of this ugly indoctrination and its cancerous effects has engulfed our people and culture so thoroughly that it could take longer to eradicate than it did to embed into the souls of our ancestors. Thanks to the efforts of many of the beautiful kings and queens I see on YT and elsewhere representing the Diaspora; were it not for all of your efforts, courage and invigorated spirit the results of this insidious self hate could be eliminated at an even slower pace.

Channels I recommend (in no particular order) teach truth and debunk European and American lies and propaganda perpetrated as facts. All are either rich in black culture and/or knowledge critical to reestablishing a whole, more spiritual soul and a healthier mind and body. Share this knowledge and pass it on. Teach others, especially the children -- since they are our legacy. Only through learning, teaching and passing knowledge on will we gather momentum in piecing ourselves back together as a people fragment-by-fragment into the whole Afrikan people from which we came. We must love ourselves and embrace each other across the Diaspora we represent around the globe no matter where you dwell.
