To the Court of Intergalactic Counsel:
AFFIDAVIT
In the name of all intelligent humanoids and my entire planet Earth located in the solar system as one of the star systems of the so called extended arm of Milky Way in our galaxy. I am requesting a Civil Protection Order against the planet ranching extraterrestrials the so called Reptilian Rulers. These Reptilians surrounded/ing my planet Earth for ranching and harvesting it ruthlessly with lots of harsh and insensitive tools of terror.
My planet has and is being fully exploited and terrorized by these Reptilians throughout history and still through all sorts of indirect means. To my calculations they have about 90 thousand cloaked ships -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=As-wYmFYb3I&feature=channel_page -- to harvest intelligent beings of humanoids for our genes, blood, organs, flesh, end-products, and the so called soul to use in upper dimensions.
These ranching Reptilian Rulers are an extremely advanced race and they have all sorts of extremely advanced tools to use cruelly and terrorize humans for their production needs.
Some of their advanced technologies include; invisibility, total or partial control lives through mind altering chips, which make the human or animal do anything what the ranchers want, time travel to change any history related to a huge group or an individual, replacement of humans with a Reptilian either via brain to brain impacting telepathy to alter outcome or by physical means, remote viewing, and some other extremely advanced tools to impact and control a singular or total outcome.
They use all sorts of indirect terrorizing tools, such as murder, black mail, terror, panic, tortures, terrorizing prosecutions, mass killings, organized crime, instant crime, small or large exaggerations, many religions, extremism, messing up lives through discriminations, warfare, chemicals, and more amongst many others as to mention some.
Making planets shift their pole seems to be amongst one of the most advanced tools these Reptilian Rulers use to have a major harvest. The set major harvest date for my planet Earth seems to be December 21-24, 2012.
These ranching Reptilians shall be put on trial for their extremely advanced harvesting techniques through the use of cruel tools of indirect murders, tortures, indirectly organized crime proceedings, painful setups, terrorizing prosecutions, terrors, mass killings, and all types of insensitive pain and terror they have caused and still causing.
We the people of Earth had it enough with all these hell like setups.
In the name of all humanity, who has been well controlled and turned into clueless zombies to defy all logic, I am requesting a Civil Protection Order against the Reptilian Rulers to start on their trial. The CPO shall put them in a none-functioning distance very far away from my planet Earth. They shall not be allowed to use any other communication tools to influence anything, directly or indirectly.
I and many others human or none-human, who are aware of this truth, shall be allowed to come up as witnesses to the court of intergalactic counsel of our galaxy and also the major court of constellation of collective galactic counsels. We shall be allowed to be awake and conscious.
I (the Petitioner with the name listed between 04/17/2009 and 09/08/2009) request hereby immediate CPO action personal and planetary , which shall be retroactive at all means, because these Reptilian Rulers are terrorized/terrorizing and harassed/harassing me and my kind of scientists/engineers too. They use all sort of tools and all types of involvement techniques from their arsenal such as mind controlling, deception, barring or exclusion, etc. with extreme prejudice to inflict pain and blockage of a nice past/present/future.
