That's one of the worst RS3 horns I have heard on youtube. Multiple bells fouled or diaphragms cracked or something. Not surprising, NS just let them blow until they break, then replace them with P5's or some god awful K5HL or something.

The SD89MAC was numbered GM92. The one in your video is GM91, it along wit GM90 and a few others were just phase 2 SD90MAC's.

On the head end units 1,2,3,5,6 are SD50's, the 4th one is a GP40-2.
On the rear pushing 1st was a GP35, 2nd was a SD40-2, 3rd and 4th are SD50's. The next couple of years saw most of the GP30's and 35's and SD35's retired

The horn on the ATSF GP50 is a Leslie RS3L, the horn on the Metra F40 is a Nathan P5, the horn on the Metra cab car and Amtrak P42 was a Nathan K5LA. The BN SD60M is a Nathan K3HA I didnt watch after that.
Leslie RS3L and RS5T and Nathan P5's are my favorite horns
